What should I use on my childs eczema?

What are you mamas using for your little one’s eczema?? My 14 month old is starting to get it all over his body

My littlest had/has eczema from the day he was born. I used to use Aveeno Oatmeal bath and lotion, and it would help with the flare ups. Eventually though we had to get him a cortisone cream prescribed by the dr. We still use these things till this day. Usually I only have to apply it a few times to see results.

Well, first. A doc can confirm it is indeed eczema. And then they can confirm or prescribe a cream to use for it.
