How long did it take to get pregnant after getting off the nexplanon? I have been on it off and on since 2011 I had a new one placed Aug 2022 and of course we decided to have our 3rd so had it taken out earlier this month. I’m not really trying to track yet because my doctor said it could take at least months after getting off for everything to be out of my system however my ovulation test today was positive… Definitely not in a rush to get pregnant so I’m actually a little nervous haha.

My best friend has it taken out like 3 years ago and she still hasn’t gotten pregnant.
