How early can braxton hicks start? Im 18 weeks and it feels just like a contraction but without the pain if that makes sense. (this is my third baby) i feel a tightening at the top of my uterus and then it moves down, when it gets to the bottom there is a slight cramping pain but its barely there. i dont remember when these started with my other two.

I could feel it around 16 weeks with my 3rd. You tend to feel it sooner because you know what it is and how it feels
