Does anybody here live in California and gone through a custody battle after divorce? I’m wondering what the courts usually grant each parent and if you have proof of DV from him will you get sole custody?
Sole custody is hard. Hire a gardian ad litem. They will interview everyone and see the homes and make a report for the judge.
