My 3 month old is waking up every hour tonight is this a growth spurt? Cluster feeding??

3 months or years lol I feel that makes a huge difference on being typical or not

Might just be a growth spurt. Word of advice, if they’re not crying, leave them alone to fall back to sleep on their own.
My son went through that around 3.5 months. Swear he was up all night for a week straight, but only cried once so I gave him a bottle then and left him alone the other times.
If she’s 3 months she could be cluster feeding or going through a sleep regression it’s normal and will end
