Anybody know what helps for severe period cramps? I’m in soooo much pain. It’s not usually like this

Extra calcium can help, I used to take Tums. Of course Advil and warm packs help also.
Ibuprofen or Advil/excedrin Migraine

When I had bad cramps I always took extra strength anything that worked cause my cramps would put me down and out.
Extra strength midol or Pamprin works really good too!
