Question about putting a mobile home on land?

Just wondering if anyone here would know the answer Can you put a mobile home on a property that currently has a mortgage with the land included or will the mortgage company have to be contacted? Just wondering if there are loops holes lol

You will need to contact the town or county that the property is located and what type of permits are required and to see if a Mobile home can even be placed on the property. There are many ares lots where you can not put a mobile hom eon the property

Are u paying cash for the mobile home? If you are financing the agency will usually find out there is a mortgage on the property it is to be placed on.

I know that here, a mobile home can only be in a trailer park unless it has a basement or foundation .

You got to contact mortgage company also the city you have pull permits and hire professionals to place it
