37 weeks and started dealing with hemorrhoids really bad. Been using witch hazel but it’s not helping the pain and I can barely sit. Need the best remedies to clear up or at least help with the pain everyday.

Anusol is for haemorrhoids and has a numbing agent in it. You can buy it over the counter at the chemist.
Go to your dr they have a numbing cream they can give you that will help
Preparation H they have gels, sprays, creams, and wipes!! Good luck

That’s what I used when I had them at 33 weeks and then again after birth.
Tucks is the best. They give them to you at the hospital usually for post partum care, check with your dr but you should be good to use while pregnant too
There’s a tube I got at Walmart that worked wonders. I forgot the name of it but the box was red and white. Only relief I got was from that cream.
You can get Anusol from doctor and works a treat. Xxd
I’d talk to a health food store as they will give you an option that doesn’t contain nasty chemicals.
