Does anyone have any natural remedies for a sinus infection? I went in knowing I had either bronchitis or pneumonia, I wasn’t expecting to also be told I have a sinus infection so bad both my ear drums could rupture lol. I have a nasal spray but on the bottle it says only use twice in 24 hours. So does anyone know any other home remedy?

Turn the shower on full heat, close the bathroom door and window, grab a book and a box of tissues, keep your face tilted forward.

You can get nasal rinses too (or like a neti pot sort of idea). They will help to clear it all out. My husband swears by them.
Breath right strips especially when sleeping but can wear all the time
Neil Med… like a netti pot only easier cuz it’s not a crazy shape/angle.
My 2 year old son has a sinus infection his on antibiotics every 12 hours we are using the Calpol nasal drops they are working wonders for him as he couldn’t breathe out his nose
The saline nose spray healed my sinus infection it’s called Ocean or you can get generic it says saline nose spray you can use it all you want
