Is it normal to have pimples under your breast?

Does anyone else have pimples on the underside of their breasts? Is it normal? I have white pimples on the underside of my breast for going on two years now. I’m 21 years old. I’m very clean and have tried washing multiple times a day, and I have tried baby powder all with no luck.

Same here! I have bigger boobs so boob-sweat was getting trapped there all day.So I started putting a couple swipes of deodorant under my boobs after I showered. But honestly that made the pimples worse because the deodorant was getting trapped in my pores.

So now I just try to keep it dry, patting it dry every time I start sweating. I try to go bra-less as much as I can. I never sleep with one and I wash my bras often even tho I guess it wears your bras out faster. It’s common. Still looking for a long term solution.

Yep I get them too. I have big boobs so I think it’s just from the bra rubbing especially underwire ones.
I try and not wear one around the house and to bed as much as I can, I wear crop top ones instead. Not too sure how to stop them though. But try not to pop them! I did once and it turned into a cyst and I ended up in hospital for a week and it was so painful :persevere:

Yes it’s normal I hate it… to me I think cause of all the sweats there

I’ve had them since I hit puberty. I just turned 32 today. My obgyn said it normal. It happens when you sweat or wear bras and they rub against your skin

Yes could be clogged pour or ingrown hair

See a dermatologist as soon as you can. Try to cut down on the amount of sweat there till then… pads, powder…tissue

Put deodorant on the underside and it works for the creases in your legs as well. Will not prevent all of them but will help

Yes. Use a pimple wash and exfoliation brush twice per week. Price of big breasts

Please use caution putting deodorant under ur boobs. The aluminum really isnt good. I suggest chafe escape by pure romance. Its amazing. The break outs is normal with how hot it gets in there!

Don’t use talc or baby powder as its heavily linked to breast cancer. Get them checked out to make sure it isn’t a fungal infection and invest in a bra that lifts your boobs up properly.

Yes, completely normal.

I use corn starch works the same as baby powder or talcum without the risk of the chemicals

Believe it or not the powder and soaps and stuff you’re using could be actually making them worse being overly clean can dry out your skin and you could be actually having dry skin pimples yes there is such a thing or it could be what somebody else suggested and it could just be from your bra rubbing against you it could be numerous things it is normal though I get regular pimples in between my breasts and on the other side of my breast I’ve gotten them from both dry skin and oily skin and sweat

could be yeast consult your MD.

Dermatologist would work best it’s been a few years and I can imagine they hurt

I’ve had a rash under the breasts a couple of times during the summer (red bumps) and a prescription cream helped. I’d let Dr. look at it for peace of mind.

Put ABD pads under breast for perspiration

I use bag balm just a little helps heal and no soreness.

Are you talking about Montgomery glands? If so, don’t try to “pop” those, they are there for breastfeeding/lubricating your nipples from getting cracked and dry. Also, if you’re developing plucked-chicken-skin type breast tissue, go into your doctor and ask them about it.

I have the same issue and it hasn’t gone away.

Try a antifungal cream

Are they pimples ? Or skin tags from clothes rubbing up against you ?

You can use desitin or aquaphor Incase it’s friction
The desitin would be helpful for both the yeast and friction

Zeasorb AF powder. My dermatologist recommended it. Over the counter👍🏻

Please get a breast exam. This can be a sign of breast cancer.

It’s a type of acne. It’s white heads. They can go away with an Aha / bha exfoliate . I just bought this. It works. I get them on my arms and researched what helps. AHA and glycolic acid are one of the best treatments.

Probably just a cyst

I get em all the time and it’s never a big deal… especially if your bigger breasted and or go without a bra… I get regular exams and nothing ever comes of it and I’ve been pregnant basically a year and a half now so I’ve had multiple drs all up in my business and everything’s fine… I just pop em if I even notice them at all and move on with my life :woman_shrugging:t3::woman_shrugging:t3:

It’s normal, yes. You can get pimples anywhere. Bring it up at your next exam if you’re super worried, but if it’s just like pimples on your face or anywhere else, there’s a huge chance it’s nothing to worry about.

If it’s yeast, you’d smell it. If it’s Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) it would cause painful cysts/boils where your skin rubs together; not pimples. It’s normal to get pimples where you sweat. Lume works great. It doesn’t have dangerous chemicals, won’t cause more breakouts, and a little bit goes a long way. You can look up Hidradenitis Suppurativa and there are pictures if you’re not certain.

Zeabsorb AF powder! My dermatologist recommended it. Completely cleared up!

Witch hazel, I like the kind with rose water. Its great for alleviating the inflammation and pain. Its also great for your face, like in the middle of the day when your hot and sweaty… If your face is sweating your boobs are too. A couple of cotton rounds and on to the next project.

Find a body wash with tea tree oil. It should help

I have used this off and on. Keep sweat off and controls the yeast that women have in different places on body. Some people used a dry deodorant.

I don’t know about these ladies talking about cholesterol problems. But my mom used to have to put baby powder up under her breast and make sure she washed really good and a cream that she bought for herself. And in fact my husband said that’s why he got turned off of big breasts lol sometimes you can even be allergic to your soap you’re using for your laundry. My mom let me know that my dad was allergic to a certain kind and for me to watch that kind.

Maybe. Bras rubbing. And chaffing.

I would recommend to start using natural products free of any harmful chemicals and cotton clothing. It fresh, lightweight and really good for absorbing sweat.

maybe try a light coat of vaseline

Test for colestrol that was my problem under my breast and later on my arms also and i am thin but have high colestrol strongs

I have the exact same thing. My doctor said its the sweat building up from your bra and clogging the pores. Use the same acne wash you would use on your face for under you breasts.

Are your bras padded? Sometimes the boob sweat causes problems if you have sensitive skin with the padding it’s like a sponge, just chilling for however many hours right with the girls.

Milk bumps. I get them bad on my face

Also look into hidrenentitis.

Try a soap for ph balance? Like an intimate wash?
I had this problem then tried a ph balance intimate soap and it never returned. Otherwise like other responses say test for cholesterol

With heat and sweat, pores get clogged. Daily washing with soap and water and a light layer of acne cream should help. 60yo and I still get one now and then!

It could be a yeast infection, see a dermatologist.

See a Dermatologist. I had inverse psoriasis under mine. MISERABLE!! Psoriasis takes on many forms. Its best to be sure.

Try yeast infection cream and corn starch to dry it .

Could be a yeast infection. But see your doctor.

Ok, I use Degree. Just swipe under breasts. No sweating. Had your problem and is gone. And yes, go without a bra when you can. Good luck :relaxed:

Keep them from touching as much as possible by wearing some form of supporting bra

When it comes to breakouts, Apple Cider Vinegar is your BEST bet! Use a makeup remover pad and apply ACV a.m. and p.m. You will also need to keep the area as dry as possible, nothing wrong with powder. It could simply be a heat rash.

It’s very normal, especially with large breasts. I have been using Dial (it’s antibacterial and pretty cheap in bar form) and my under breast pimples are occurring much less often!

I use a good face wash that’s delicate like cetafil( spelling) under there and wash like and exfoliate with a wash cloth rinse well…air dry and I use pure cornstarch…also some of it could be caused by hormones. Have had that too… good luck

See a dermatologist & take the guess work out of it.

I use gold bond creme. Works great for the little irritations from sweating in bras .

They could be young ingrown hairs. The pressure on the underside can stop the fine hair from fully “sprouting” and can develop a small amount of puss in the follicle.
It’s best to show a doctor to put your mind at ease.

Go to a doctor. It could be a yeast infection. Medication will clear it up.

Pure alcohol on cotton balls is the best. Mine was a yeast infection. Gone in 3 days

Try corn starch. Since they hurt I’d have a dermatologist take a look.

Sometimes a rash can be a yeast infection, best to talk to the doctor to see if an anti fungal cream is the solution

Diaper rash cream! Desiten has zinc for drying and it stays on for awhile.

Use a antibacterial soap then use an antiperspirant under them. It cleared my problem.

It could be your bra the material it couldn’t be your laundry soap personally mine get a little sweaty underneath and it stinks a little bit and I’m kind of well endowed so I talked to my doctor and she suggested these two things and it’s work 1 privately sit in front of a fan lift them up and air them out go without a bra as frequently as you can and try using baby powder with cornstarch only when they’re dry and that really helped me out I haven’t had a problem since best of luck to you honey

Don’t wear a bra only for special occasions. Wear a sleeveless T-shirt instead when around at home.

I’ve gotten them off and on all my life since puberty. They stopped when I quit dairy. They very well could be somewhat food related but they are quite common.

Are you re-wearing your bras? Make sure to change bras every day or even more often if you are still having an issue.

Wear cotton t shirt for a while and see if this helps If not just go see the Dr … best to get professional diagnosis & treatment as everyone is different. Please go🥰

What about having pimples between the breasts on the hard breast bone?

I use Bismoline powder. It keeps you dry in the creases. But do not buy on Amazon, they want to much.

I can’t help with the pimples but for the sweating, go to Target and get the Argo Starch Powder. After you wash and dry under the breast, that is keep you dry! $1.99

Do not ever use baby powder anywhere on your body it’s very dangerous
Please google side effects from baby powder and you will be surprised how dangerous it is
The little white spots are nothing but if you are unsure please see your doctor to put your mind at rest x

I used anti monkey butt powder. Had calamine and corn starch I believe. Used to get it at Walmart

I’m not trying to scare you, it’s probably nothing too serious, but I’d get screened for breast cancer a.s.a.p!

Maybe try keeping a pad under your breast and see if it clears. Panty Liner maybe?

Mine aren’t painful but literally my whole family has them that are girls and have boobs. Sweat heat idk why they there but it’s actually normal. If your a bigger girl or have bigger boobs and have to have a bra on seems to be the ones in my the family that get them. If they are bothering you doctor might be able to give help.

Well, for one thing you should not be using Baby powder anymore. Switch to cornstarch powder. And you should make a visit to your doctor to set your mind at ease.

Definitely normal, especially during the summer because let’s face it—everyone sweats. But if it’s concerning you too much, visit the doctor (as long as you’re not in America. You’ll get charged $500,000 for one visit.) Good luck!

Try air drying them with a fan. I have to do that or I get really bad. You can also try esponjabon soap. I’ve heard good things about it but haven’t tried it yet

Many might be early stage Hidradenitis suppurativa go to dermatologist.

Saw people on tiktok talking about it. Cleanse first, exfoliate, rinse. Apply with cotton balls. Do it every night for first 2 weeks, then every couple days after that. (Its drying)

Coconut oil is good too

Sounds like a potential yeast problem. I would see a doctor

Never heard of this, but try proactive skin care.

Dont use baby powder!! Use mens deoderant. Works like a charm!! Make sure you dry under your breasts with your bath towel really well.

Try foot powder. Works for me

Go to dermatologist…a skin specialist
