How can I get my toddler to stay asleep in their room? She constantly gets up and wants to sleep with me but I am over having her all over me…help
Make her love her room and spending time in it. We would read books, play, find places for all of her babies. We did a guided painting online and I made one for her on canvas and hung it in her room with pics of our family. She could sleep through the night once she was all cozy and felt safe without me. Plus we are always happy to see her when she comes to our room and gets her morning cuddles. It’s part of her routine.
Persistence. Keep calmly and quietly keep putting her back in her bed with no eye contact. She will soon get the idea. It’s exhausting and you may have several tiring nights but it will be worth it
