Best espresso machine?

I need help! I want to get my husband an inexpensive espresso machine. But I have nooo idea what to get! I would ideally like to stay under $100 if I can.

Nespresso pricy but good quality

Check thrift stores. I know I know, who on earth would want to get one from there that’s been used. But hear me out, I found one of those fancy Nespresso machines at our local church run thrift store and took the gamble that at $3 it would not only have all the parts but work as it should…and it does! So I told myself if it gets used regularly and I still like it after six months or so I’ll buy myself a new one for my birthday. Espresso machines are like bread makers…everyone wants one until it takes up space and doesn’t get used so they get donated often.
